// story
Built around rack time, not slide volume
Ignite Flux started when a handful of HCMC logistics engineers asked for labs that felt like their Friday night outages — messy, time-boxed, and documented. We kept the evening schedule, added bilingual office hours, and refused to promise miracle job outcomes. Instead we publish mentor windows, show scope walls, and grade the artifacts you would actually attach in tickets.
// principles
Operating notes
Evidence before adjectives
We grade labs on artifacts you can attach to tickets — PCAPs, diagrams, rollback paragraphs.
Published mentor windows
Response times are listed per cohort so learners plan around real human capacity.
Honest scope walls
If a topic is reference-only, we say so on day one instead of implying full depth.
VN context, EN curriculum
English-first materials with Vietnamese office-hour support for precise terminology jumps.
