Refund Policy

This Money-Back Policy applies to fee-bearing courses listed on ignite-flux.digital. Corporate agreements may supersede with signed statements. Consumer rights under Vietnamese law remain non-waivable.

For standard online enrollments, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if cohort materials have not been accessed beyond the welcome module. Access beyond that point may reduce refundable amounts as we incur mentor and lab reservation costs.

If you withdraw after the cooling-off window but before the midpoint of scheduled live sessions, you may receive a partial credit toward a future cohort, minus an administrative fee disclosed on your invoice. No partial cash refunds after the midpoint except as required by law.

Third-party exam vouchers (if ever sold separately), shipping of physical goods, and bespoke corporate workshops identified as non-refundable in writing are excluded. Donations or grants processed as payments follow donor terms.

Email admissions@ignite-flux.digital with enrollment ID, payment proof, and reason. We respond within 5 business days with a decision and timeline.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible within 10–15 business days, subject to processor timelines. Bank transfers may require additional KYC for fraud prevention.

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. Force majeure events will be communicated promptly with available remedies.

Appeals: escalate to the program director named in your welcome email. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections available in Vietnam. For policy cross-links, see General Terms and Data Protection pages.
