By accessing ignite-flux.digital, requesting information, or enrolling in programs operated by Ignite Flux, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services. Vietnamese law governs consumer aspects where applicable alongside the specific provisions below. Ignite Flux provides instructor-led, cohort-based, and self-paced information technology training, mentoring, and related educational materials. Course descriptions on this site are informational. Schedules, mentors, and lab capacity may change; we will communicate material changes to enrolled learners via the email on file.

You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials for any learner portal we issue. You may not share seat access beyond the purchased enrollment without written approval. We may refuse service for fraud, harassment, or attempts to compromise lab systems.

Curriculum materials, labs, diagrams, and recordings (where offered) are licensed for personal learning during enrollment unless a separate license is signed. You may not resell, publicly repost, or scrape course assets. Portfolio work you author remains yours, provided it does not incorporate our proprietary starter kits verbatim without attribution where required.

Labs must not be used to attack third-party systems, distribute malware, or violate privacy. Traffic generation exercises stay inside provided sandboxes. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund except where mandatory consumer rights apply in Vietnam.

Training is provided as education, not as guaranteed employment, certification pass, or production outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under Vietnamese law, Ignite Flux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of materials. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a single enrollment is limited to fees paid for that enrollment.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Parties will first attempt good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, subject to non-waivable consumer protections that may direct jurisdiction elsewhere for certain individuals.

We may update these terms with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted. We may suspend access for breach. Enrolled learners will receive proportionate remedies or refunds as described in the Money-Back Policy when required by law or by our published rules.
