Ignite Flux (ignite-flux.digital) is the controller for personal data collected through this website and enrollment workflows. Address: 181 Hai Thuong Lan Ong, Ward 13, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We may process identity and contact data (name, email, phone, company), enrollment records, payment references (processed by partners — we avoid storing full card data on our servers), technical data (IP, device, cookies), communications you send us, and survey responses.

Purposes include delivering courses, mentor communication, billing support, improving our curriculum, security monitoring, and legal compliance. Where Vietnamese law requires consent for specific processing (for example certain marketing communications), we will obtain it separately and you may withdraw subject to service constraints.

Enrollment records are retained for the period needed to provide services and meet accounting or tax obligations in Vietnam. Marketing contacts are refreshed on a regular cycle; you may unsubscribe anytime. Logs may be kept briefly for security unless longer retention is legally required.

We use vetted providers for email delivery, scheduling, analytics (if consented), and payment processing. Processors may only use data on our instructions and must implement appropriate safeguards.

Some tools may process data outside Vietnam. Where required, we rely on contractual clauses or provider certifications appropriate to the service. Contact us if you need specifics for your organization’s vendor review.

We apply access controls, TLS for web traffic, and least-privilege practices for staff. No method is perfect; report suspected incidents promptly to admissions@ignite-flux.digital.

Subject to Vietnamese law, you may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You may lodge a complaint with competent authorities. We will verify requests to prevent misuse.

Our services target adults and older teens with guardian consent for fee-bearing programs. We do not knowingly collect data from young children without appropriate authorization.
